how do i clean textured bathtub?

drpeppy asked:

My bathtub has a textured bottom. I have to get on hands and knees to scrub it clean weekly with a big brush and clorox cleaner. Otherwise it gets gross fast. Is there a better way?

Well, baking soda is a good cleaning agent, but I would advise you get something along the lines of Clean Shower - you spray the stuff in your tub and on the tiles after you take a shower and it prevents mildew and mold from building up as fast. It works REALLY well for me.

Have only found one way to clean these type tubs.

A bleach spray (Clorox) or any other type and MORE IMPORTANTLY, use Mr Clean Magic Eraser to scrub. I’ve had to use up to four in one cleaning because once they get full up with scum/crud, they lose their cleaning ability. but it REALLY works and you can bring tub surface back to original clean/shine.
