What are the San Francisco Prevailing Wages?
July 18th, 2010 | by admin |yanksrush@att.net asked:
Hello. Thank you so much for answering my question.
I have a small business, and for the first time, I’d like to hire a person for work in San Francisco. We do bathtub refinishing, and it would be part time to start. But how do I arrive at a wage for the person? My employee in a nearby county (Sonoma) makes about $25 per hour plus mileage, but he is experienced (five years) and does magnificent work. Additionally, is it OK or advisable to let the workman keep my truck at his home? I do not have a San Francisco location, nor am I planning to get one, because of the huge cost involved.
Thanks again.
